Generation of Novel Immunocompetent Mouse Cell Lines to Model Experimental Metastasis of High-Risk Neuroblastoma

NB, being a highly metastatic cancer, is one of the leading causes cancer-related deaths in children. Increased disease recurrence and clinical resistance patients with high-risk NBs (HR-NBs) result poor outcomes lower overall survival. However, paucity appropriate vivo models for HR-NB metastasis has limited investigations into underlying biology metastasis. This study was designed to address this limitation develop suitable immunocompetent Here, we developed several murine cell lines. Our newly lines show 100% efficiency modeling experimental C57BL6 mice feature sites frequently observed humans (liver bone). In validation demonstrated their specifically gained phenotype. The vitro characterization showed increased invasion, acquired anchorage-independent growth ability, MHC-I induction upon IFN-γ treatment.
